Shipping policy

We try and collaborate with different shippers to find a balance of low shipping costs and quick delivery.

For NZ deliveries, we use Aramex/ NZ post. For overseas couriers, we use NZ Post and FedEx/DHL.

Your order gets dispatched within five working days.

Depending upon the courier service schedule, it may take additional 5 - 7 days for delivery in NZ. For Australia and the US, delivery can take more than 10-15 days. For the rest of the world, it depends from country to country and on the courier company.

If you haven't received your order within these timelines, please drop us an email with your order details. We will check with the courier company to find the package. We will share the courier details, and you may also want to check with the courier local support centre.

There are non-trackable shipping and tracking shipping options, which you can select while making an order for quick delivery.

Damaged Goods

If the courier company damages the product, the customer must send pictures of the damaged goods. We sense those pictures and other relevant details to the courier company. If the courier accepts the damage, they reimburse some costs. Our customer advocate decides to send a replacement product. Please do consider the impact on the environment before initiating a replacement product. If the first courier were free; the customer would be charged the courier charges for the replacement product.
